Beating Hantuchova for the first time in four tries, Kirilenko set up Sunday's title match against first-time finalist Mariya Koryttseva of Ukraine, a 7-6 (3), 6-3 winner over Anne Keothavong of Britain.
"I'm really exited, it's an amazing feeling to make the singles final," Koryttseva said.
Kirilenko, seeking her third WTA Tour title, rebounded after losing the opening set with three service breaks in the second set and then breezed to the win in the third set.
Koryttseva took a medical timeout in the second set due to a strained thigh before securing her place in the final by forcing two service breaks.
