Simon, Moya winners in BCR Open Romania quarters

BUCHAREST, Romania -- Second-seeded Gilles Simon defeated fellow Frenchman Florent Senna 6-2, 6-3 Friday to advance to the semifinals of the BCR Open Romania.

Simon will face the winner of the match between Jose Acasuso and Ivan Navarro.

Sixth-seeded Carlos Moya rallied to defeat fellow Spaniard Guillermo Garcia-Lopez 5-7, 6-3, 6-4. Moya will face either Richard Gasquet or Teimuraz Gabashvili.
