Isner, Ginepri advance in doubles
INDIANAPOLIS -- Americans Robby Ginepri and John Isner advanced in doubles at the Indianapolis Tennis Championships, one of only two matches played on a rainy Wednesday.
Seven matches were postponed and one player could end up playing twice on Thursday.
Ginepri and Isner beat second-seeded Stephen Huss of Australia and Ross Hutchins of Britain 3-6, 6-3, 10-1, and Jesse Levine of the United States and Dudi Sela of Israel defeated Denis Istomin of Uzbekistan and Josselin Ouanna of France 6-4, 6-4.
Top-seed Dmitry Tursunov of Russia will play Thursday against the winner of an early match between Taylor Dent of the United States and Marcos Daniel of Brazil.
