BOGOTA, Colombia -- Top-seeded Gisela Dulko of Argentina defeated Mathilde Johansson of France 6-4, 6-4 in the first round of the Copa Colsanitas clay-court tournament Tuesday.

Second-seeded Carla Suarez Navarro of Spain lost to Kristina Antoniychuk of Ukraine 6-1, 6-4. and fourth-seeded Polona Hercog of Slovenia was beaten by Catalina Castano of Colombia 7-5, 6-2.
