BOGOTA -- Top-seeded Gisela Dulko beat another familiar foe on the same stage in making the Copa Colsanitas quarterfinals on Wednesday.
The Argentine favorite topped Edina Gallovits of Romania 6-2, 7-5 in the second round, a year after beating Gallovits in the semifinals. On Tuesday, Dulko defeated Mathilde Johansson of France, whom she beat in the quarterfinals last year. Dulko lost in the final.
Third-seeded Sara Errani of Italy beat Silvia Soler Espinosa of Spain 6-3, 6-1 and sixth-seeded Sandra Zahlavova defeated Petra Cetkovska 6-2, 6-2 in an all-Czech match to avenge a defeat in last year's opening round.
