Game 7 drama for NBA playoffs

The first round of the 2014 NBA playoffs have been unpredictable and exciting. So it's fitting that five of the eight opening series will come down to the ultimate sports drama this weekend: a win-or-go-home Game 7. On Saturday, the Pacers, Thunder and Clippers all advanced to the conference semifinals. Still ahead on Sunday: the Spurs will both be looking to stave off an unexpected early exit at the hands of the Mavericks, whle fhe Nets and Raptors play for the right to face the Heat in the next round.

Is Blake Griffin a flopper?

Earlier this week while on "The Wheelhouse" on 95.7 The Game radio in San Francisco, Warriors guard Klay Thompson called out Clippers forward Blake Griffin: "He's kind of like a bull in a china shop, kind of out of control sometimes. And then you do just see him flop sometimes like, how can a guy that big and strong flop that much?" Is Blake Griffin a flopper? Do you have a problem with Thompson's comments?

Are the Warriors contenders?

Less than a week before Christmas, the Golden State Warriors fell by two to the San Antonio Spurs, dropping the Bay Area's team to a disappointing 14-13. Since? Stephen Curry & Co. have won seven straight, including a comeback over the Los Angeles Clippers on Dec. 25 and -- perhaps their most impressive result of the season -- a 123-114 win at the full-strength Miami Heat on Thursday night. Tom Haberstroh believes the Warriors are more serious contenders (if healthy) than the 25-7 Portland Trail Blazers. What do you make of Mark Jackson's crew?
