A battle of the point guards?

Brittney Griner is literally and figuratively the biggest star when No. 1 Baylor hosts No. 2 Connecticut, but does Odyssey Sims (above) give Baylor a big edge at point guard?

SportsNation

Who leads No. 2 Connecticut?

The unbeaten Huskies have a talented center of their own in sophomore Stefanie Dolson (above), but is she the best player on a team long defined by Maya Moore?

SportsNation

Just how good is Brittney Griner?

Speaking of Moore, she had a pretty good run with two titles and a record winning streak. But is Griner already a more dominant player?

SportsNation

Who is the Big 12's best coach?

Baylor's Kim Mulkey already has one national championship, but is she the best coach in a conference with no shortage of big names?

2. Has Connecticut found its new rival in women's basketball?

Strange as it seems, Connecticut losing for the first time in 91 games was hardly a surprise. But Stanford was the last team to beat Connecticut before the latter's record streak and one of the only teams to compete with the Huskies during the streak. So is the rivalry between the Cardinal and Huskies as good as that other one?

1. When will Geno Auriemma's team lose a game?

It hasn't happened since the 2008 Final Four, but the Connecticut women's basketball team has to lose again at some point ... right? The Huskies made it 89 in a row by beating Florida State, but how long will it last? They face Stanford next week and still have Duke, Oklahoma, Notre Dame and North Carolina to play. PollCenter.

Any day with college basketball on television is a good thing. A day when college basketball is always on television is a great thing. With the march to the Final Four in Indianapolis underway (and the march to San Antonio for the women), ESPN is showing nothing but basketball Tuesday -- 12 games in 24 hours. And that doesn't even include the games going on ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN360.com and ESPN Mobile. At this point, you've already missed the start of class (and Cal State Fullerton upsetting UCLA) but there's still time to salvage the day.

I love the 24 hour marathon -- took Tuesday off from work. Good thing the Monday Night Fooball game is so terrible ... so I can get a nap in after work before the marathon tipoff.
