Jameis Winston is the reigning Heisman Trophy winner. But does that mean he's the best quarterback in college football? He's got some pretty good company, even with Ohio State's Braxton Miller out for the year. Click on the images below to rank the quarterbacks!

For the second straight season, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner returns to college football ... as a redshirt sophomore. But will Jameis Winston do what Johnny Manziel could not and win two in a row? Or will someone else get in the way? Ohio State's Braxton Miller, a popular preseason challenger, is out for the year, but that doesn't mean there aren't strong candidates. Click on the images to set your Heisman Watch rankings!
