NASCAR correct on Truex/Newman?
NASCAR made a statement Monday, and it wasn't just words. The racing outfit booted Martin Truex Jr. from its coveted Chase for the Sprint Cup because it found that Michael Waltrip Racing manipulated the outcome of Saturday night's regular-season finale at Richmond. Will four-time champ Jeff Gordon clinch a place in stock car racing's playoffs with a win?
