Can Joe Philbin change Miami?

Less than a week after NFL investigator Ted Wells released his report on the Miami Dolphins' bullying scandal, we are starting to see some of the repercussions of Wells' findings. The Dolphins fired offensive line coach Jim Turner and long-time head athletic trainer Kevin O'Neill, both of whom, according to Dolphins owner Stephen Ross, exhibited "poor judgement" as noted in the report. Then, speaking at the NFL combine, Philbin said he controls the Dolphins' workplace and assured there will be changes within his team.

Report on Dolphins scandal

NFL investigator Ted Wells has released his report on the Dolphins' locker room bullying scandal, and it's not kind to Richie Incognito. Wells found that Incognito, along with linemen John Jerry and Mike Pouncey, engaged in a ''pattern of harrassment'' directed at Jonathan Martin, another Dolphins offensive lineman, and an assistant trainer. The players used racial slurs directed at the trainer and taunted Martin and the other player with homophobic name-calling and other remarks.

Incognito blasts Martin on Twitter

If you thought the Richie Incognito-Jonathan Martin situation would fade into the ether, you thought wrong. On Wednesday, Incognito hit out at his former teammate on Twitter, saying, among other things, "the truth is going to bury you" and alleging Martin had suicidal thoughts in 2013. All involved are awaiting the results of attorney Ted Wells' investigation, and both are expected to be let go by the Miami Dolphins. What is your take?

Richie Incognito's suspension ends

Richie Incognito's Miami Dolphins-imposed suspension ended Tuesday, after the offensive lineman spent three months away from the team in the wake of bullying and harassment allegations by Jonathan Martin. In addition to tweeting thanks to friends and family, Incognito also shared on Twitter his support for Martin. Neither is expected to play in South Florida again; Incognito is a free agent, and Martin likely will be released. Would you want either on your team?

Jonathan Martin felt 'trapped'

Jonathan Martin spoke to NBC's Tony Dungy on Tuesday about his tumultuous time with Richie Incognito and the Miami Dolphins, which caused him to leave the team during the 2013 season. "I felt trapped, like I didn't have a way to make it right," he said. "I thought it was best to remove myself from the situation." Also Tuesday, Dolphins owner Stephen Ross said -- before retracting his statement -- that the two likely wouldn't return to Miami in 2014. That might be the case, but will either ever play in the NFL again? Would you want them on your team? Who is most to blame for the situation?
