Using your phone while driving can be expensive. Sprint Cup points leader Brad Keselowski found that out the hard way, when he was fined $25,000 for sending a tweet during a red flag stop at Sunday's Sprint Cup race in Phoenix. Keselowski became a social media sensation for his on-track tweets during the long delay at this year's Daytona 500, but NASCAR officials said after that race that electronic devices such as cell phones would not be allowed in cars. However, some fans think Keselowski's fine was more a punishment for his post-race comments than his in-race tweet. So was the fine fair or unfair?
