Are K.C. Chiefs in trouble?

What seemed like a routine game sandwiched between battles with the Denver Broncos became anything but. First, the host Kansas City Chiefs lost top pass rushers Tamba Hali and Justin Houston to first-half injuries against the San Diego Chargers. Then K.C. lost a late lead, allowing Philip Rivers to lead a last-minute comeback in a wild 41-38 win for S.D. This is the Chiefs' second straight loss, dropping them to 9-2 heading into next Sunday's meeting with Denver. The prognosis for their top defenders is currently unknown.

Peyton Manning surpassed Dan Marino for the second spot on the NFL's all-time passing yards list with a 414-yard, four-touchdown game against the Cowboys. Jimmy Graham is proving to be one Drew Brees' favorite targets as he leads the league in receiving yards and is just one game shy of setting the record for consecutive 100-yard games for a tight end. Below are the 10 players NFL Nation reporter Dan Graziano has in his weekly MVP watch. Who's tops your list after five weeks of play?
