The lineup looks once again to be one of the elite lineups in the NL. Their pitching rotation looks to be coming into focus and barring major injuries should prove to be one of the top rotations in the NL. So, all in all it looks like the Braves are ready to once again try to beat the Mets and Phillies to the NL East division title and a spot in the playoffs.
I was glad to see Chipper bounce back from his mild hamstring injury. I will be happy if he plays in 140 games this year. Another setback for Hampton but is that a surprise to anyone?
I'd have to say the Red Sox will squeak by the Tigers in the ALCS to face the Braves or the Phillies in the World Series. The Cubs will lose in the pennant.

Right now he is at 386 HRs. He should have 400+ by the end of this season. He is turning 36 in April. So, lets say he plays until he is 40 (5 more seasons) he would have to hit about 23 home runs a year. It is definitely possible if he can stay healthy for about 5 more years.
