2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series schedule

Overview
The beauty of New England in summer and early fall meets the roar of NASCAR at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

The first stop in Loudon, N.H., is the LENOX Industrial Tools 301 on June 27, the 17th of 36 races on the circuit. The second stop is the SYLVANIA 300 on Sept. 19, the first race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup, which is composed of the final 10 events of the season.

The 1.058-mile track looks like an elongated oval, almost like a paper clip, and that creates a very tough track to get around. The speedway challenges the driver and crew equally. Drivers say the keys to success here are handling, brakes, great pit stops and total concentration by the entire team on every lap.
