Favre leads Jets to win over Chargers
For the third week in a row, the Chargers snatched defeat out of the jaws of victory, choking up a 31-28 loss to Brett Favre and the Jets.
Favre threw like someone who spits in the eye of the Madden Curse, completing 17/26 passes for 225 yards and two touchdowns, although a Favre interception did help San Diego to jump out to an early lead.
Unfortunately for the Chargers, the lead was squandered as the Jets scored the final 10 points of the game to earn their second win of the season.
