WASHINGTON -- Former NBA player Tree Rollins has a new job: assistant coach for the WNBA's Washington Mystics.
"He brings tremendous experience as a big man," Mystics coach Richie Adubato said, "which will help our front line develop their individual games, as well as our defense, rebounding, shot blocking and aggressiveness in a vital area."
Adubato and Rollins were together in the past with the Orlando Magic.
Rollins has been an assistant coach for the Washington Wizards and Indiana Pacers, and a head coach in the NBDL. He played 18 seasons in the NBA with four teams.
