    Smith, Williams spark Lynx

    SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Katie Smith scored 17 points and Tamika Williams had 13 as the Minnesota Lynx beat the San Antonio Silver Stars 73-64 Saturday night.

    The Lynx (17-14) remained tied for fourth place in the Western Conference with Sacramento, which beat Phoenix on Saturday night. The top four teams in each conference make the playoffs.

    Adrienne Goodsen scored 20 points for San Antonio (11-20), which led 47-45 with 15:14 left in the second half.

    But Minnesota answered with a 9-0 run that included back-to-back 3-pointers by Smith and Kristi Harrower.
