Cash makes successful return to Connecticut, leads West to victory
UNCASVILLE, Conn. -- It was quite a weekend for Swin Cash.
Cash enjoyed a reunion with her former college teammates, scored an All-Star Game record 22 points and won the MVP award after she helped the Western Conference get back on the winning track in a 130-118 victory over the East on Saturday.Voepel: UConn Stars

Nicole Powell, who replaced the injured Lisa Leslie, set the WNBA All-Star Game record for points ... until Swin Cash hit a late jump shot in the fourth quarter. Cash, a former Connecticut star, finished with 22 points to break Powell's mark.
